Once your architectural firm is registered with the Oregon Board, you must renew the firm annually. Firm registrations expire January 31st of each year. Firm renewals are due by January 31st each year, and require a $100 renewal fee along with completion of a firm renewal. There is a grace period of up to 60 days for firms who successfully renew by April 1st. Firm renewals that are not complete by March 2nd, require an additional $100 to renew ($200 total). Incomplete renewals are not acceptable, and will be returned to you. No firm may renew after April 1st. Firm registrations expire January 31st of each year. No firm may practice architecture without an active registration. The firm that does not renew within the grace period is at risk for practicing without an active firm registration. Note the online payments icon to the left. The Board has an online renewal process you may use to make your renewal payment (including any required late fees). A bank fee is charged for this service. |
